What is Synapsis Industrial Edge
Synapsis Industrial Edge is the SCADA software of Mative: SCADA interfaces and cloud control for industrial plants. It takes your industrial infrastructure into the future with the Edge-to-Cloud integration of Mative, linking the data of the plant with Mative Cloud.
It is one of the platforms of the Mative Cloud ecosystem, and it is made of three parts.
What it does
Customizable SCADA interfaces
A powerful ecosystem for collecting and visualizing data from PLCs and RCUs. Mative integrates heterogeneous processes, allowing operators to monitor plant status and react instantly to variations.
Synapsis Industrial Edge MES
Edge software natively connected to Mative Cloud for M2M communication. It ensures total traceability, resource optimization and real-time synchronization between the production line and ERP systems.
Synapsis Industrial Edge HMI
A mobile Human-Machine Interface (HMI) optimized for tablets. It allows operators and forklift drivers to view essential KPIs, manage tasks and report anomalies through an immediate graphical dashboard.
